 ROLE DESCRIPTION

Brand Ambassadors are critical to the CAKE community. Many times they are the first point of contact with our brand and that is a BIG deal to us. You will be responsible for embodying the loving personality of CAKE while maintaining maximum respect and professionalism even in social and party type settings. You will need to intelligently communicate about our products while guiding customers in a genuine and authentic way. The reputation of the CAKE family is built in EVERY experience both big and small and we expect our Brand Ambassadors to operate accordingly.

 REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must be local to one of the territories above.
- Must have 1+ year of cannabis BA experience.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- Must post social media content in real time.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate supporter of cannabis.
- Charismatic and genuinely enjoys connecting with new people.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
- Professional yet approachable and personable.
- Comfortable with CAKE’s cheeky and edgy branding.

COMPENSATION

- Uniforms provided.

- $30 per hour + travel
