RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be approved upon receipt, if approved your refund will process to your original payment method. Note that banks may take time to post the refund. Non-returnable items will not be approved.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on our 510 thread electronic batteries. Contact us with any questions about your items.
EXCHANGES
To get a different item, return your original purchase first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
REFUNDS
